Doing an 11 draw during uber fest will not usually send you to the b column unless there is 2 cats in one box on your seed. With seed 4155539955 you can roll 5 rare tickets and get 2 poor ubers, good for np. If you wait for dragons you'll get ganglion, which is better. Generally your epicfest seed has nothing good.
