It was there for a bit in the NE part of the map but I did another side mission the debt collector for Strauss and now the MD marker is gone even though the journal isn't ...

Here's what fixed it for me: Slept until noon. Manually saved the game. EXITED the game. Started it back up (it auto loaded my recent save) All the side missions at the camp reappeared! Not sure if the sleep till noon was necessary but those are the steps I took.
