Apr 24, 2021. #20. I would say to get your cata lvl up first as it is important in the dungeon stat scaling. I never bought a carry and did F7 with a cata 30-ish party when it dropped. We all did not have wither armor (of course because we all tried it when F7 first dropped).A Wither Blade isn't absolutely necessary for F7 (it is nice to have if you have coin), Spirit Sceptre is fine. You are going to need Cata 28. Also I suggest putting your Tuning Points on Speed so you clear faster.
