You can check that in your phone's settings under power or under apps. I heard from my doctor that a lot of people have the same problem with the freestyle Libre 3. Pretty sure your phone isn't the problem. All your phone does is passively receive a signal from the sensor. I highly doubt it's destroying the sensors.
