Our goal is to grow high quality grapes and make delicious wines that are intentionally crafted to tell the story of each vintage and vineyard. In the winery, we strive to preserve the most unique qualities of each vineyard and vintage.
We hand-harvested and destemmed each varietal, then fermented them separately to preserve their unique characteristics. We then aged the blend for 18 months in a special 800-gallon Foudre. Scallops was our favorite. Like the farm fresh to table. There is a nice Chef’s garden for vegetables and herbs. The venue is spacious and relaxing. The service is first rate. You haven’t visited Paso Robles Wine Country unless you visit Niner or Heart Hill Winery!
