Solution. The ice is jammed in the chute. Press and hold the Power and Opal Dispense buttons simultaneously. This will trigger the Opal's auger to rotate counterclockwise for as long as the buttons are held. Then release the buttons after the jam is cleared and dispense as normal. The water is not flowing from the Side Tank.
